Refund Policy
1. Payment Terms
All PixelHive Creative projects require:
- 50% deposit before work begins
- 50% balance upon project completion
- Payment within 7 days of invoice receipt
- Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, credit card
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- If PixelHive Creative fails to deliver agreed-upon services
- If the project is cancelled before any work has begun
- If there is a mutual agreement to terminate the project early
Refunds are generally NOT available for:
- Work already completed and delivered
- Client change of mind after work has commenced
- Projects where substantial work has been completed
- Custom illustrations or designs that have been finalized
3. Project Cancellations
If a project is cancelled by the client:
- Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to cancellation date
- Deposit may be forfeited if substantial work has been completed
- Any files or work completed remain the property of PixelHive Creative until full payment is received
- A prorated refund may be issued for work not yet completed
4. Revision Limits
Each project includes a set number of revision rounds (as specified in your proposal). Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur additional fees at our standard hourly rate.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or discuss cancellation:
- Email us at hello@pixelhive-creative.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line
- Include your project name and details
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- We will respond within 3–5 business days
